www.ns-bikes.com/
In the rider's section
Stéphane Bélanger. The First Eleven (ELEVEN OMG.) shots.

and then Simon Leclerc, the Last shot.
(you have to click for the albums)

Its a total of Twelve shots. And they are all with my Watermark so i'm guessing they took em off from somewhere like my Flickr.

What should I do?
I get mad way to easy so my first reflex would be to send them an angry email but that's retarded and will kill me.

I'm guessing email, Demand of payment (How much should I charge for this?)
I could cut them a Deal and tell them i'll give them the shots without my watermarks?

f---
I'm mad.

Edit
Oh and. If they refuse to pay what are my options?
I'm taking screencaps of the shots so I have proof. But the guys live in Poland or something.

Lots of good help from a old W&W member Jon Thorpe.
Big thing is that the two guys are friends, and a third dude is set to go on their Pro team soon (waiting to heal up from major injury) so I'd rather open a buisness thing here more than Seek (money) and destroy in a one shot thing.

Arg.

How much Should I charge for web usage?

Rich,
The site isn't working here, and I'm on limited time, so no time to figure out why and how and I can't tell how big the images are.

So this was all based on a well overthought guess.

If there's anymore I can do to help, let me know.

That really sucks Richard. I hope you get things sorted out.

Until you can afford a more thorough program like PhotoQuote, try this calcualtor to get your baseline numbers. It is a little hard to understand some if it (as can figure half the stuff out) and it doesn't take into account the picture itself but it's a good start.

*Disclaimer*
I take no responsibility for any inaccuracies that this calculator may provide. It is being provided as a starting point to develop baseline information.

I hope this helps.

Both times I've come across someone using my photos on their webpage I've sent an email almost exactly like this: "Hey _______, a friend of mine just sent me a link to your website where he found a photo of mine. What gives?" So far it's been pretty legit. One was a rush ad they had to put up and we reached an agreement financially. The other was the riders finding my pictures on facebook and giving them to the guy, so he figured since it was facebook I didn't really care, and he was right.

I'd just open communication casually and not put them immediately on the defense. If they don't get why they're in the wrong, explain it, but if you want to keep a business relationship up with them, I wouldn't be coming off all pissed or they're going to think "this guy is a dick to deal with, blocked email..."

Find out what the deal was, give them the benefit of the doubt, then shoot them a "Well this is how much I usually charge for this type of image usage..." One thing about that fotoquote though, I think it quotes for exclusive rights, and my customers are always accustomed to being charged about half of what it gives me..

And if they don't like it, bring the hammer down!

yeah basically what mike said..

#1 calm down.

just approach them in a friendly manner, asking them what's up.
once they've given you an explanation (good or bad) then you can (still in a friendly manner) tell them you usually charge x amount for web use, and see if they want to work something out.

definitely don't approach them with "YOU STOLE MY PHOTOS YOU OWE ME MONEY"
