I like the image and the use of the lens. Feels like you were dancing with the power / duration devil and got blurred a bit. Doesn't kill the image for me but it's there. I actually really like the balance of flash and ambient here. I think it feels really natural everywhere except on the bench of the table. Could you have feathered that a bit? Color is great.
The movement Blur on him is pissing me off.
Are my flashes too slow? What Am-I doiing wrong? ARG!
I'm liking the body position, It's borderline Ass shot.
Fish again.
I think I'm using my 10.5 too much. Ya?
Wrong use of fisheye, you made the picnic table look smaller than it actually is. Also, the skater is a bit too dark for my liking. Especially his face.

Without EXIF data and flash type / settings it's tough to say. I'd assume you were shooting at your max sync speed so that would only leave achieving a shorter flash duration as an option. How you do this depends on the type of flash you have. Most likely you'll need to power down the flash and open up the aperture to get the same exposure with a shorter duration unless you're shooting AB's and the opposite would be true as the duration on an AB increases as you power down the flash. If you don't have enough light to get the exposure you need at the power setting with a short enough duration you can try decreasing the flash to subject distance to eek out every last bit of juice from the flash.
