What are you doing about packing them so as to avoid them getting bumped and accidentally turning on? I've taken to devoting a small section of my camera block to them and their sync cables and just velcroing them to the padding, but it seems to be wasting a lot of room..

I have my skyports in a separate partition in my bag in their cases. I made sure they are nice and loose so they don't get pressed on. I plan on modding them by glueing an o-ring around each button that is slightly taller. Then button can't be pushed accidentally .

I used a set of them for about three weeks straight and didnt have any trouble with them turning on as long as I kept them in their case and loose in my camera bag. So they didnt have any pressure on them. I was a bit concerned though, so kept spares of batteries and the like.

O-ring would do the job if it becomes a problem though.
