I thought It'd be cool for people to post some of their favorite Lighting setups and an example, and I couldn't find a thread made yet so here goes. Post yours up and make some suggestions.

My go-to rig for shooting urban rides:
After several group rides around minneapolis this is the system that works best for me to be able to set up and start shooting in about 30 seconds, which is about all the time there is at each feature we stop by before the riders start doing there thing. so the goal here is acceptable results and some flexibility with a good deal of speed, and being able to carry it all while biking around.
1) one flash on a 6' lightstand clipped onto my backpack and easy to set up in a couple of seconds where ever it's needed. triggered with Cybersycs.
2) second flash on a bracket on the camera so that I can always shoot instantly even when I'm riding and I don't have to worry about it being aimed right. but it's still triggered with a cybersync reciever so I can pop it off the bracket and hold it out in my left hand or set it on the ground or make somebody else hold it.
