Im still a bit of a rookie when it comes to off camera flash and I really enjoyed Brians tutes on his light setups. Does anyone know of any blogs or sites where they have a run down on an actions sports lighting setup? It doesnt have to be skate, anything action related

flickr is a good source also strobist has info too. neither of which are solely action but still worth a look.

lighting for sports is very similar to any other lighting, the only difference is you are likely outside, and have to control motion (high shutter speeds and flash exposure more powerful than ambient) if you pick up almost any book on lighting (which includes lighting locations), or some blogs which teach lighting you should be able to find a lot of info.
