I've had this idea for a while just haven't been able to get out and do it. It kinda came out the way I wanted, I would have liked to have the entire body transparent. The goal was kinda I was here now I'm not, hailing a bus then gone?
I wish there was more traffic to give more light trails, surprised that it was this slow on a saturday night leading in to south beach? Not sure on the flash position, I was trying to make it look like the bus was pulling up and lighting me up. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

good idea,

I find the advert really distracting. It is not clear that it is a bus stop or you are hailing a bus..
I bet it would be brilliant with a really high angle, something to make it really different and give some more dimension to the light trails.

I did the same sort of Self Portrait with a flash exposure not really there vibe, super fun:

Thanks for the input Tom. Yeah I just pulled over off the causeway, I need to find a more appealing street and bus stop. I have some standing with the arm up in the air that looked a little bit more like hailing a bus, but after two taxi cabs and a road ranger service truck I made it a little more low key. I have some spots that might work better, just need the time to do it.

I have some rad shots i did here in Seoul where I climbed up on top of various bus shelters and shot down on to busy platforms. they came out pretty cool. I will try to find some. Its funny though if you are a big white guy with a camera here you can do anything you want. the only time anyone pair any attention to me climbing this stupid thing was when one lady stopped and passes me up some gear. lol

point of the story i agree with the high angle thing plus climbing shit is fun
