Not feelin the lighting on her face. Its its broad lit which is makin her face look a littl e round. If her face was turned the other way it would be much more flattering. Comp could be better too. More forground could make it much more interesting. Ur close though

your girlfriend is a model, or you took pretty pictures of your girlfriend. Big difference; working with general unexperienced public, or working with talent. Also, what is the intent with the shots? In most the pictures we see here (sports) we are showing the awesome, the skill, the stoke. If you are photographing people are you shooting fashion (the clothes/accessories), her (beauty), lifestyle?
Correct me if i'm wrong, but your intent seems to be flattering pictures of a girlfriend who isn't a model. if so;
liking the light, looks relatively natural and complementing. (although in the first one her left hand is more bright than the rest which should be corrected)
comp; no so interesting. try to draw the viewers eye around the frame and see interesting aspects of whats around. lower/higher/left/right find something original
posing; also needing quite a bit of work: avoid shoulders square to the camera, unless you're trying to show athleticism shooting with slimming poses helps. also play with curves and get the eye moving around.
its tough to say other specifics, study work you love; why it works, what they did, and how to apply the photog's thinking to your next subject.
